Voices of Disability for Refinery29
Refinery29 commissioned me to create an editorial piece for their Voices of Disability series with a focus on the experiences of disabled people during the pandemic. My illustration accompanies an article about working from home as a disabled person. To ensure my piece felt representative of the spectrum of disabled experiences of working from home, I created a call-out on Twitter asking other disabled people to share with me their work from home set up. This research helped me to better understand what the important themes are in work from home set-ups for disabled people as well as common props, arrangements and items.
